What Our Team Says
I started as a warehouse associate sorting pallets on the floor. Within 18 months, I was promoted to team lead. The company invested in my forklift certification, safety training, and leadership development. I now supervise a crew of 8 and am working toward a supervisor role. This is not just a job — it is a career.
Coming from a different industry, I was nervous about B2B pallet sales. The training program here is excellent — they taught me everything about pallet types, grades, and customer needs before sending me into the field. The uncapped commission structure means my earning potential is entirely in my hands. Best career move I have made.
I love working with my hands, and this job lets me do that every day. There is real satisfaction in taking a broken pallet and making it usable again. The team is great, the pay is fair, and I know my work makes a difference for the environment. Plus, the weekly pay and benefits are better than what I had at my previous construction job.
What surprised me most about working here is how much the company values every role. The office team is treated with the same respect as the warehouse team. I have learned a ton about logistics and supply chain, and the flexible scheduling has been great for my family. The growth opportunities here are real.
