Used Pallets
Quality-inspected recycled pallets in multiple grades — our most popular category
Grade A — Premium Used
Like-new condition with minimal cosmetic wear. Ideal for retail, display, and export applications. All boards intact, no staining, fully structurally sound. These pallets have typically been used only once or twice in clean supply chains.
Mixed hardwood/softwood. All boards inspected for nail protrusion, splits, and warping. Lead boards 5.5" wide minimum. Stringers free of cracks at notch points.
Grade B — Standard Used
Good working condition with minor cosmetic imperfections. Great for general warehousing, storage, and shipping. May have slight discoloration or minor board repairs. The best value for everyday warehouse operations.
Mixed hardwood/softwood. May include up to 2 replaced boards. Minor surface staining acceptable. All nails flush. Stringers structurally sound with no through-cracks.
Grade C — Economy Used
Functional pallets with visible wear. Best for one-way shipping, budget-conscious operations, or temporary storage. Structurally inspected and safe to use. Multiple board replacements may be present.
Mixed species. Multiple replaced boards acceptable. Darker staining and weathering present. Not recommended for racking. Ideal for floor storage and single-use shipping.
Grade A — Square Format
Premium used pallets in 42x42 and 48x48 square formats for drums, paint, telecom, and automotive applications. Same stringent Grade A quality standards as our GMA pallets.
Mixed hardwood. Square formats provide symmetrical load support for round containers. Full inspection for dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
Sorted & Color-Coded Inventory
All our used pallet inventory is sorted by size, grade, and type in clearly marked sections of our warehouse. Walk-in customers can browse and select specific pallets. Our color-coded system makes it easy to identify grades at a glance.
Grade A: Green tags. Grade B: Yellow tags. Grade C: Red tags. Size marked on each stack. Fork-ready for immediate loading.

Brand-new 48" x 40" pallet built to GMA specifications. Kiln-dried lumber, precision-nailed with ring-shank nails, and ready for demanding applications. Perfect for food, pharmaceutical, and retail supply chains where appearance matters.
Select grade kiln-dried pine or hardwood. 7 top deck boards, 3 bottom boards, 3 stringers. Ring-shank nails for maximum holding power. 5.5" lead boards.
Heavy-Duty New Pallet
Reinforced construction with thicker stringers (3x4 instead of 2x4) and extra deck boards for high-weight applications. Ideal for automotive parts, machinery components, metal fabrication, and industrial manufacturing.
Hardwood construction (oak, maple, or hickory). 3x4 stringers for maximum strength. 9 top deck boards with reduced spacing. Full bottom deck for racking support.
Heat-Treated Export Pallet
ISPM-15 compliant new pallet with official HT stamp. Ready for international shipping with full documentation and chain-of-custody records. Chemical-free pest treatment process safe for food and pharmaceutical shipments.
Kiln-dried lumber heat-treated to 56 deg C core temperature for 30 minutes. Official IPPC stamp applied. Certificate of treatment provided with each order.
Block Pallet (New)
Premium 9-block construction providing true 4-way forklift entry from all directions. The gold standard for automated warehouse systems, robotic palletizers, and AS/RS operations. European-style quality for North American applications.
9 hardwood blocks (4"x4"x6"). 7 top deck boards, 5 bottom deck boards. Stringer boards connecting blocks for lateral stability. Chamfered lead board edges.
New Beverage / Chemical Pallet
Purpose-built 48x42 and 42x42 new pallets designed specifically for beverage cases and chemical containers. Optimized deck board spacing for common case pack dimensions in these industries.

Skid / Runner Pallet
Single-deck pallet without bottom boards, resting directly on stringers or runners. Used for heavy, low-center-of-gravity loads that need maximum stability. Common in metal fabrication and industrial settings.
Hardwood construction with 3x4 or 4x4 runners. Full top deck coverage. Ideal for drag/push operations where forklifts lift from one side only.
Crane-Liftable Pallet
Reinforced pallets with integrated lifting points for overhead crane operations. Steel reinforcement plates and wire rope attachment points rated for safe crane lifting of heavy loads.
Hardwood with steel reinforcement at lift points. Wire rope loops or forged lifting eyes. Load-tested and certified for crane operations. Painted or stenciled with rated capacity.
Flush / Closed-Deck Pallet
Fully closed top deck with zero gaps between boards. Provides a solid, continuous surface for small items, bags, irregular shapes, and powders that could fall through standard board spacing.
Plywood top deck (3/4" CDX) or tightly fitted tongue-and-groove boards. Standard stringer or block base. Higher weight due to additional material. Food-grade plywood available.
Presswood / Molded Pallet
Compressed wood fiber pallets made from recycled sawdust and wood shavings. Lightweight, nestable, and exempt from ISPM-15 (no heat treatment required). Ideal for export shipments and single-use applications.
Compressed wood fibers bonded with heat and pressure (no adhesives). Naturally pest-resistant. Fully recyclable. Consistent weight and dimensions batch to batch.
Hardwood-Only Pallet
All-hardwood construction using oak, maple, or hickory for maximum strength and durability. Used where softwood is not strong enough — heavy machinery, metal products, and concentrated loads.
Select grade northern red oak, hard maple, or hickory. All components hardwood — no softwood substitution. Ring-shank nails with hot-dip galvanized coating for corrosion resistance.

Pallet Collars & Lids
Hinged wooden collars that stack on pallets to create instant boxes. Available in standard GMA size and custom dimensions. Includes matching lids for full enclosure. Multiple collars stack to create deeper containers.
Kiln-dried pine with galvanized steel hinges. Folds flat for return shipping. Lids are plywood or solid board. Reusable for hundreds of cycles.
Corner Protectors & Edge Guards
Cardboard, plastic, and foam corner protectors to prevent product damage during transit. Available in L-shape, U-shape, and full-wrap configurations for every product geometry and protection level.
Corrugated cardboard (recyclable, lightweight), HDPE plastic (reusable, washable), and polyethylene foam (maximum protection). Custom lengths available up to 96".
Stretch Wrap & Strapping
Industrial-grade stretch wrap in various gauges and strapping tools for secure load containment. Machine-grade and hand-wrap options available for any volume. Proper wrapping prevents load shifting and product damage.
Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) stretch wrap. Available in clear, black, or colored options. Steel, polyester, or polypropylene strapping. Manual and pneumatic strapping tools available.
Anti-Slip Mats & Grip Sheets
Rubberized anti-slip mats and textured grip sheets to prevent load shifting. Critical for high-stack warehousing and long-haul transportation. Placed between pallet and product or between stacked layers.
Recycled rubber compound mats (4mm thick) or paper-based grip sheets with textured coating. Both types provide excellent friction without adhesives. Economical and reusable.
Pallet Covers & Dust Shields
Polyethylene covers and dust shields to protect palletized products from moisture, dust, and contamination during storage and transport. Available in clear, white, and opaque options for light-sensitive products.
1-4 mil polyethylene film. Gusseted design fits over loaded pallets. Elastic bottom for secure fit. VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) versions available for metal product protection.
Dunnage & Void Fill
Air pillows, kraft paper, and foam inserts to fill voids in palletized loads and prevent shifting during transit. Proper dunnage reduces damage claims by up to 80% and keeps products securely positioned.

Landscape Mulch
Ground pallet wood processed into clean, natural landscape mulch. Used by landscaping companies, garden centers, and municipalities across Kansas. Our mulch is ground to consistent chip size and free of metal contaminants.
Clean ground wood, 1-3 inch chip size. All nails and metal removed via industrial magnets. Natural color (ages to gray) or dyed options. No chemical treatment.
Animal Bedding
Finely ground pallet wood processed into absorbent animal bedding for livestock operations. Supports Kansas farming while giving end-of-life pallet wood another productive use before final decomposition.
Finely ground softwood shavings. Kiln-dried to reduce moisture content. No hardwood (potential toxicity for some animals). No treated or contaminated wood. Absorbent and comfortable.
Biomass Fuel Chips
Processed wood chips sized for industrial boiler fuel. Replaces fossil fuels in energy generation and is considered carbon-neutral. Our biomass chips meet utility and industrial boiler specifications.
Clean ground wood, uniform chip size per boiler specification. Moisture content controlled for optimal combustion. Metal-free via magnetic separation. Consistent BTU value.
