ISPM-15 Heat Treatment

Our facility is certified for ISPM-15 heat treatment, the international standard for treating wood packaging materials used in international trade. Every heat-treated pallet receives an official IPPC stamp verifying compliance. Our recycling-first approach means the vast majority of our material comes from reclaimed pallets rather than virgin timber, but when new wood is needed, we ensure it comes from responsibly managed sources.
Zero Landfill Operation
Self-Imposed Environmental Standard
Our zero-landfill commitment is a voluntary standard we hold ourselves to: 100% of wood material that enters our facility exits as a product (reused pallet), a byproduct (mulch, bedding, biomass fuel), or recovered energy. Nothing goes to landfill. This standard is tracked monthly and reported annually.
