Pallet Accessories

Stack on any standard pallet to create an instant, reusable container. Add or remove collars to adjust container height. Fold flat for 75% storage reduction when empty.

Place on top of collar system or directly on product. For outdoor storage, use weather-sealed lids. For ventilation needs, use lids with built-in air gaps.

Place on vertical corners of stacked goods before stretch wrapping. For heavy loads, use plastic protectors. For light loads, cardboard is cost-effective.

Place between pallet deck and bottom layer of product. Add additional sheets between stacked layers for multi-tier loads. Can reduce or eliminate need for stretch wrap on some loads.

Apply 2-3 wraps at the base, spiral up the load overlapping 50%, then 2-3 wraps at the top. For heavy loads, use thicker gauge. Pre-stretched film reduces material use by 30-50%.

Run straps vertically and horizontally around loaded pallet. Use corner protectors where straps cross edges. Tension with manual or battery-powered tensioner tool.

Insert dividers between product layers or between individual items. For fragile goods, use honeycomb dividers. For heavy goods, use plywood or wooden dunnage.

Place spacers at the four corners (or six points for large pallets) between loaded pallets in a stack. Ensures air circulation and prevents bottom products from being crushed by weight above.

Position along vertical edges of pallet load before applying strapping. The edge board spreads strap tension over a wide area instead of concentrating it on a narrow line.

Place on top of your loaded pallet before stacking another pallet on top. The frame distributes the weight of the upper pallet evenly across your products below.

Line the inside of pallet collars with poly sheeting, add desiccant packs inside, and seal the top. For metal parts, use VCI wrap in direct contact with the metal surface.

Apply labels to two adjacent sides of the pallet or collar for easy scanning from any approach angle. For reusable pallets, use placard holders that allow label changes per trip.

Load stretch wrap roll onto dispenser, attach film to pallet base, and walk around the pallet while the dispenser maintains consistent tension. Use braking mechanism to adjust tightness.

Apply borate treatment to new wood surfaces before first use. Use anti-fungal spray on pallets showing early signs of mold. Place insect traps near pallet storage areas for monitoring.
