Pickup Schedule Options
Choose the frequency that matches your pallet volume. All options include free pickup, on-site grading, and same-day payment.
One-Time Pickup
Perfect for clearing out a surplus, cleaning up after a project, or testing our service before committing to a recurring schedule. We come once, load everything, grade on-site, and issue payment on the spot. No strings attached.
Best for: Spring cleaning, warehouse moves, project wrap-ups, first-time sellers
Weekly Recurring
Scheduled pickup every week on the same day and time. Ideal for operations generating 50+ pallets per week. Most popular option for distribution centers and large manufacturers. Includes dedicated truck and crew assignment.
Best for: Warehouses, distribution centers, large manufacturers
Bi-Weekly Recurring
Pickup every two weeks on a fixed schedule. Good balance for businesses that accumulate pallets steadily but not fast enough to justify weekly service. Popular among mid-size operations and regional distributors.
Best for: Medium-volume operations, retail chains, agriculture suppliers
Monthly Recurring
Once-a-month scheduled pickup for lower-volume operations. We coordinate a fixed date each month so you can plan your staging accordingly. Includes 48-hour advance reminder notification.
Best for: Smaller businesses, offices, seasonal operations
On-Call Service
No fixed schedule. Call or email us whenever you have enough pallets to justify a pickup, and we respond within 48 hours. Zero commitment, zero contract. Pay-per-pickup flexibility.
Best for: Variable-volume businesses, seasonal surges, project-based work
Recommended Pickup Frequency by Business Size
Not sure how often you need pickup? Here are our recommendations based on business type and typical pallet volume.
Small Business / Retail Store
20-50 pallets/month
Low enough volume that monthly collection keeps your staging area manageable. Start here and upgrade to bi-weekly if pallets accumulate faster than expected.
Mid-Size Warehouse
50-200 pallets/month
Steady flow of pallets warrants regular collection. Bi-weekly service prevents staging area overflow while keeping per-trip volume efficient for our trucks.
Large Distribution Center
200-500 pallets/month
High-volume operations need weekly service to maintain dock area cleanliness and prevent pallet buildup from interfering with daily operations.
Enterprise / Multi-Facility
500+ pallets/month
Enterprise-level volume may require multiple pickups per week. We assign a dedicated truck and crew to your account with locked-in scheduling.
Seasonal Business
Varies widely
Use on-call service during slow periods and pre-schedule increased frequency during peak season. We accommodate seasonal surge scheduling with advance notice.
Manufacturing Plant
100-1,000+ pallets/month
Manufacturing generates consistent pallet waste. Weekly service integrates into your production cycle and keeps your shipping/receiving area clear.

Accepted Materials
We accept nearly all wood pallet products. Here is a complete breakdown of what we pick up and what we do not.
Standard Wood Pallets (48x40)
The industry standard GMA pallet. We accept these in every condition from Grade A Premium down to scrap. Highest demand and best buyback pricing.
Non-Standard Wood Pallets
Custom, oversized, or unusual dimension wood pallets. We accept and price based on condition, market demand, and reuse potential.
Block Pallets
Four-way entry block pallets used in international logistics and grocery distribution. Premium pricing for these in good condition.
Pallet Collars & Lids
Wooden pallet collars and matching lids in good condition. We refurbish and resell these valuable accessories.
Heat-Treated (ISPM-15) Pallets
Certified heat-treated pallets with valid ISPM-15 stamps. Premium pricing due to high demand from international shippers.
Hardwood Pallets
Oak, maple, hickory, and other hardwood pallets. Heavier and more durable, these command slightly higher buyback prices due to material value.
Broken / Scrap Wood
Broken pallets, loose boards, and scrap wood from pallet operations. We recycle everything into mulch, bedding, and biomass.
Plastic Pallets
We do not currently accept plastic pallets for buyback. We can recommend plastic pallet recyclers in the Wichita area who specialize in these materials.
Metal Pallets
Metal pallets are outside our specialty. We recommend contacting local metal recyclers such as Wichita Iron & Metal for these items.
Special Handling for Challenging Pickups
Not every pickup is straightforward. Here is how we handle common special situations that other services might refuse.
Severely Damaged Pallets
Our crew is trained to safely handle broken, splintered, and nail-exposed pallets. We bring heavy leather gloves, steel-toed boots, and proper lifting equipment. No pallet is too damaged for us to collect.
Pallets with Contamination
Pallets that have been in contact with food, oil, or other non-hazardous substances are accepted. We assess contamination on-site and grade accordingly. Only pallets exposed to hazardous chemicals are excluded.
Wet or Waterlogged Pallets
Rain-soaked or waterlogged pallets are accepted but may be graded lower due to weight increase and potential mold risk. We recommend covering pallet stacks with tarps to maintain higher grades.
Pallets with Attached Materials
Pallets with shrink wrap, banding, cardboard, or other attached materials are accepted. Our facility handles material removal. However, pre-cleaned pallets receive faster processing.
Oversized or Heavy Pallets
Pallets exceeding standard dimensions or weight (over 80 lbs each) require special handling. Notify us in advance so we can bring appropriate equipment. These pallets may have adjusted pricing.
Pallets in Hard-to-Reach Locations
Pallets stored on upper floors, in narrow aisles, or in confined spaces require advance coordination. Our team can bring hand trucks, dollies, and compact forklifts to navigate tight areas.
How to Stack Pallets for Pickup
Proper stacking makes pickup faster, safer, and easier for everyone. Here are our recommendations for different pallet types.
Standard Stacking
Up to 15 pallets highStack empty pallets face-to-face (top deck to top deck) in alternating pairs. This creates the most stable stack and is the industry standard method.
Mixed-Condition Stacking
Up to 10 pallets highWhen stacking mixed-condition pallets, place the strongest pallets on the bottom and weaker ones on top. Limit height to 10 pallets for safety.
Broken / Scrap Pallets
Up to 5 pallets or loose pileBroken pallets should be stacked carefully no more than 5 high, or placed in a loose pile in a designated area. Loose boards can be bundled or piled.
Block Pallet Stacking
Up to 12 pallets highBlock pallets stack more evenly than stringer pallets. They can go up to 12 high safely. Nest them flat (not alternating) for maximum stability.
Loading Dock & Access Requirements
While a loading dock is ideal, it is not required. We can pick up pallets from ground level, parking lots, outdoor yards, warehouse interiors, and virtually any accessible location. Here are the basic requirements for each type of access.
For dock-level pickups, ensure the dock door is at least 8 feet wide and the approach allows for a standard trailer to back in straight. Dock levelers should be operational and cleared of obstructions.
For ground-level pickups, ensure our truck can drive within 50 feet of the pallet staging area. Our box trucks have lift gates and our flatbed trucks can be loaded from the side. We bring forklifts when needed.
For interior pickups (pallets stored inside a building), coordinate with us in advance so we bring appropriate equipment. We need a minimum 7-foot ceiling clearance and 8-foot doorway opening for our compact forklift.

12 Tips for a Smooth Pickup
Help us help you — these simple preparations make pickup faster, safer, and maximize your payout
Stack pallets neatly in an accessible area, ideally near your loading dock or an open yard area where our truck can pull up directly.
Separate pallets by condition if possible. Grade A pallets stacked separately from damaged ones speeds up the assessment process and gets you paid faster.
Ensure truck access — our flatbed and box trucks need a clear path at least 12 feet wide and adequate turning radius for a 53-foot trailer.
Have someone available to authorize the count. We grade and count at pickup and need a representative to verify the tally and sign for payment.
Remove any non-wood materials (plastic wrap, metal bands, cardboard, shrink wrap) from pallets before pickup if convenient. This is not required but speeds up processing.
Let us know about any site-specific requirements like check-in procedures, security clearance, safety orientation, PPE requirements, or time restrictions.
Count your pallets in advance if possible. Even an approximate count helps us send the right-sized truck and enough crew for efficient loading.
Clear the staging area of debris, standing water, and obstacles. A clean, dry surface makes loading safer and faster for everyone.
If pallets are stored indoors, ensure the overhead clearance and doorway width can accommodate a forklift (minimum 7-foot ceiling, 8-foot door opening).
Consolidate pallet storage to one location if they are scattered across your facility. A single staging point saves significant loading time.
Photograph your pallets and email them to us before pickup day. This helps us pre-estimate the grade breakdown and prepare an accurate preliminary quote.
Check the weather forecast. While we pick up in most conditions, advance warning of severe weather helps us communicate any potential schedule adjustments.
Weather Policy
We pick up in virtually all weather conditions, including rain, cold, heat, and wind. Our crews are equipped with appropriate gear for all seasons and our trucks operate year-round.
Light rain or drizzle: Pickups proceed as scheduled. Pallets may be graded slightly lower if visibly waterlogged.
Heavy rain or thunderstorms: Pickups may be delayed by 1-2 hours until conditions improve. We will notify you of any delay as soon as possible.
Severe weather (tornado warnings, ice storms): Pickups are rescheduled for safety. We contact you immediately to set a new date, typically the next available business day.
Extreme heat (100F+): Pickups proceed but may include additional crew breaks for safety. Early morning scheduling is recommended during summer heat waves.
Snow and ice: Light snow pickups proceed. Icy road conditions may delay service. We prioritize Zone 1 clients for fastest rescheduling after winter weather events.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that business schedules change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while allowing us to manage our fleet efficiently.
24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with no penalty. Simply call, email, or text your account representative and we will adjust accordingly.
Same-day cancellation: We appreciate as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations are accepted without penalty for the first occurrence per quarter. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a $50 truck dispatch fee.
No-show (no cancellation notice): If our truck arrives and cannot access the pallets or no representative is available, a $75 dispatch fee may apply. We always attempt to contact you before leaving.
Recurring schedule changes: Recurring pickup schedules can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time with 7 days notice. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.
Holiday schedule: We observe major holidays (New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Pickups scheduled on holidays are automatically moved to the next business day.
