Flatbed Service
Our flatbed trucks handle large quantities efficiently. A single flatbed load can carry 400+ pallets depending on size and stacking configuration. Flatbeds are ideal for high-volume deliveries and pickups, pallet exchanges, and situations where dock access is limited and ground-level loading is preferred. Our drivers are experienced in load securing and safe flatbed operations.

Flatbed Trucks (48-53 ft)
Our primary high-volume workhorse. Standard 48-foot and 53-foot flatbeds handle the majority of our large deliveries and pickups. Pallets are stacked and secured with strapping to ensure safe transport. Flatbeds offer easy loading and unloading from both sides and the rear, making them ideal for locations without loading docks.
Box Trucks (26 ft)
Enclosed 26-foot box trucks are used for smaller deliveries, urban routes where flatbed access is limited, and situations where weather protection during transport is important. The enclosed body protects pallets from rain and road debris. Box trucks are more maneuverable in tight loading areas and can operate in locations where large flatbeds cannot fit.
Stake Bed Trucks
Mid-size stake bed trucks are used for small and medium deliveries, particularly in residential areas, construction sites, and locations with limited access. The removable stakes allow flexible loading configurations. These trucks are often used for multi-stop routes where we make several small deliveries in a single run.
Pickup & Utility Trucks
For small orders, emergency deliveries, and on-site assessments, we deploy pickup trucks and utility vehicles. These are used when a full-size truck would be impractical — such as tight parking lots, rural properties, or when only a small number of pallets need to be moved quickly.
Step Deck Trailers
Step deck (drop deck) trailers provide additional vertical clearance for tall pallet stacks while keeping the overall load height below legal limits. They are used when we need to maximize the number of pallets per trip for cost efficiency on longer-haul regional deliveries.

Weekly Recurring
The most popular option for businesses with steady pallet flow. We assign a specific day and time window for your recurring pickup or delivery. The same driver visits your location each week, building familiarity with your dock layout, preferences, and processes. Volume adjusts automatically based on your weekly needs.

Custom Schedule
For operations with variable or seasonal needs, we create a custom scheduling plan. Loading & Unloading Procedures
Proper loading and unloading is critical for safety, efficiency, and product integrity. Our drivers follow standardized procedures for every pickup and delivery.
Pre-Arrival Communication
Drivers call or text 30 minutes before arrival so your team can prepare the dock or staging area. For deliveries, we confirm the exact count and any special instructions before departing our yard.
Site Assessment
Upon arrival, the driver assesses the loading area for safety hazards including overhead obstructions, uneven surfaces, debris, and pedestrian traffic. The truck is positioned for optimal loading and the parking brake is set before any work begins.
Dock Loading
For dock-accessible locations, pallets are loaded or unloaded using forklifts directly from the dock to the truck. Our drivers are trained forklift operators and carry all necessary certifications. If you prefer your own team to handle forklift work, we coordinate with them.
Ground-Level Loading
When no dock is available, pallets are loaded from ground level using the truck liftgate or a portable ramp. Our flatbed trucks can be loaded from the sides using a forklift. We always have the equipment needed to handle ground-level operations.
Stacking & Securing
Pallets are stacked in stable configurations based on their size and condition. Stacks are limited to safe heights per DOT regulations. All loads are secured with ratchet straps, chains, or edge protectors as appropriate. We never exceed weight limits.
Count Verification
Both the driver and a customer representative count the pallets being loaded or unloaded. The count is recorded on the delivery receipt or pickup ticket. Both parties sign the document to confirm agreement. Discrepancies are resolved on-site before the driver departs.
Documentation
A bill of lading (BOL) is generated for every trip. For pickups, a receipt detailing the count and grade breakdown is provided. For deliveries, a signed proof of delivery (POD) is captured electronically and emailed to the customer within 24 hours.
Post-Departure Cleanup
Our drivers ensure the loading area is left clean and clear after every pickup or delivery. Loose nails, broken boards, banding material, and other debris generated during loading are cleaned up before the driver leaves your facility.
Safety Protocols for Transport
Safety is non-negotiable in our transportation operations. Every driver, every vehicle, and every load adheres to our comprehensive safety program that meets or exceeds DOT and OSHA requirements.
Driver Training & Certification
All drivers hold valid CDL licenses (where required), forklift certifications, and have completed our in-house safety training program covering defensive driving, load securing, dock safety, and emergency procedures. Annual refresher training is mandatory.
Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection
Every vehicle undergoes a documented pre-trip inspection before each dispatch. Drivers check tires, brakes, lights, mirrors, fluid levels, load securing equipment, and safety gear. Vehicles that fail inspection are taken out of service until repaired.
Load Weight Compliance
We never exceed GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) or axle weight limits. Loads are calculated based on the known weight of pallet types being transported, and our truck scale is used to verify compliance before vehicles leave our yard.
Securement Standards
All loads are secured in compliance with FMCSA cargo securement regulations. Pallets are strapped, chained, or blocked based on load configuration. Edge protectors are used when strapping contacts pallet edges. We carry extra securement equipment on every truck.
Speed & Route Compliance
GPS tracking monitors driver speed in real time. Our dispatch system alerts managers to any speed violations. Routes are planned to avoid low-clearance bridges, weight-restricted roads, and residential areas where large trucks are prohibited.
Personal Protective Equipment
All drivers wear steel-toed boots, high-visibility vests, and work gloves during loading and unloading operations. Hard hats are worn when working in areas with overhead hazards. Safety glasses are required when operating saws or other tools on-site.
Weather & Road Condition Protocol
When adverse weather conditions exist — ice, heavy snow, high winds, flooding — our dispatch team evaluates route safety before dispatching any vehicle. Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled in extreme conditions. Safety always takes priority over schedule.
Incident Reporting
Any safety incident, near-miss, or property damage is reported immediately to our safety manager. All incidents are documented, investigated, and used as learning opportunities. Our incident rate is well below industry averages and improving year over year.
Insurance & Liability

Heat-Treated Pallet Transport
ISPM-15 stamped pallets are segregated from non-treated inventory during transport to prevent mixing. Documentation travels with the load.
Clean / Food-Grade Pallets
Pallets destined for food processing, pharmaceutical, or clean-room environments are transported in enclosed vehicles and kept separated from used or recycled inventory.
Oversized / Heavy Pallets
