We Come to You

Our transportation fleet handles everything from single-location pickups to multi-stop routes across Kansas. We deliver purchased pallets and pick up surplus ones on the same trip, reducing your logistics costs and simplifying your supply chain. Every vehicle is GPS-tracked in real time, every driver is trained in safe pallet handling, and every delivery arrives on schedule. Whether you need a one-time emergency delivery or a recurring weekly pickup contract, our transportation team has the capacity, equipment, and expertise to get it done right.

Scheduled Pickups

Set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring pickup schedules. We handle the logistics so you do not have to think about it. Our system generates automatic reminders for your team and our dispatch coordinates truck assignments based on your volume and timing preferences. Schedules can be adjusted at any time with 48 hours notice.

On-Demand Delivery

Need pallets fast? We offer same-day delivery within the Wichita metro for in-stock items ordered before 10 AM, and next-business-day delivery across our full service area. On-demand service is available for both purchased pallets and emergency surplus pickups. Rush fees may apply for same-day service outside the metro area.

Flatbed Service

Our flatbed trucks handle large quantities efficiently. A single flatbed load can carry 400+ pallets depending on size and stacking configuration. Flatbeds are ideal for high-volume deliveries and pickups, pallet exchanges, and situations where dock access is limited and ground-level loading is preferred. Our drivers are experienced in load securing and safe flatbed operations.

Multi-Stop Routes

Serving multiple locations? We optimize routes for efficiency and can handle pickups and deliveries on the same run. Multi-stop service is perfect for businesses with multiple warehouse locations, distribution hubs, or retail sites. Route optimization means lower per-stop costs compared to individual trips.

Regional Coverage

We serve the greater Wichita metro area and extend throughout south-central Kansas along major corridors. Our primary coverage area includes Sedgwick County and adjacent counties, with extended regional service available for large orders to cities as far as Salina, Dodge City, Emporia, and the Oklahoma border.

Reverse Logistics

We pick up your used, damaged, or surplus pallets — keeping your dock clear and your operation running smoothly. Our reverse logistics service removes the burden of pallet disposal from your team. We sort pallets on-site when needed, take everything in a single trip, and credit your account for sellable units.

Our Fleet

Vehicles & Capabilities

Our fleet is purpose-built for pallet transportation. We maintain a mix of vehicle types to handle any order size, from small local deliveries to full truckload regional hauls. Every vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking, and our drivers carry mobile devices for real-time communication and electronic proof of delivery.

Flatbed Trucks (48-53 ft)

400-500 pallets per load

Our primary high-volume workhorse. Standard 48-foot and 53-foot flatbeds handle the majority of our large deliveries and pickups. Pallets are stacked and secured with strapping to ensure safe transport. Flatbeds offer easy loading and unloading from both sides and the rear, making them ideal for locations without loading docks.

Side loading capabilityTarping availableForklift-friendlyHighway legal

Box Trucks (26 ft)

100-200 pallets per load

Enclosed 26-foot box trucks are used for smaller deliveries, urban routes where flatbed access is limited, and situations where weather protection during transport is important. The enclosed body protects pallets from rain and road debris. Box trucks are more maneuverable in tight loading areas and can operate in locations where large flatbeds cannot fit.

Stake Bed Trucks

50-100 pallets per load

Mid-size stake bed trucks are used for small and medium deliveries, particularly in residential areas, construction sites, and locations with limited access. The removable stakes allow flexible loading configurations. These trucks are often used for multi-stop routes where we make several small deliveries in a single run.

Pickup & Utility Trucks

10-30 pallets per load

For small orders, emergency deliveries, and on-site assessments, we deploy pickup trucks and utility vehicles. These are used when a full-size truck would be impractical — such as tight parking lots, rural properties, or when only a small number of pallets need to be moved quickly.

Step Deck Trailers

350-450 pallets per load

Step deck (drop deck) trailers provide additional vertical clearance for tall pallet stacks while keeping the overall load height below legal limits. They are used when we need to maximize the number of pallets per trip for cost efficiency on longer-haul regional deliveries.

GPS Tracking on All Vehicles

Real-time visibility

Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with real-time GPS tracking. Dispatchers can see the exact location of every truck at all times, provide accurate ETAs, and reroute vehicles dynamically in response to traffic, weather, or schedule changes. Customers can request real-time delivery status updates.

Flexible Scheduling

Scheduling Options

We offer flexible scheduling to match your operational rhythm. Whether you need a regular recurring service or a one-time delivery, our dispatch team works with you to find the schedule that fits.

Same-Day Service

Available for orders placed before 10 AM within the Wichita metro area. In-stock items can be loaded and on a truck within hours. Perfect for emergencies, production line shortages, and urgent dock clearing. A same-day surcharge may apply for orders outside our standard routing.

Best for: Emergency needs and production line shortages

Next-Day Delivery

Our standard delivery window for most orders. Place your order by 3 PM and we deliver the next business day. Available across our full primary and extended service area. We provide a two-hour delivery window the morning of the scheduled delivery so your team can plan accordingly.

Best for: Standard orders and routine replenishment

Weekly Recurring

The most popular option for businesses with steady pallet flow. We assign a specific day and time window for your recurring pickup or delivery. The same driver visits your location each week, building familiarity with your dock layout, preferences, and processes. Volume adjusts automatically based on your weekly needs.

Best for: Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing

Custom Schedule

For operations with variable or seasonal needs, we create a custom scheduling plan. This might include twice-weekly service during peak season and monthly service during slow periods, or a rotation between multiple facilities on different days. Custom schedules are managed by your dedicated account contact.

Best for: Seasonal operations and multi-facility businesses

Handling Protocols

Loading & Unloading Procedures

Proper loading and unloading is critical for safety, efficiency, and product integrity. Our drivers follow standardized procedures for every pickup and delivery.

1

Pre-Arrival Communication

Drivers call or text 30 minutes before arrival so your team can prepare the dock or staging area. For deliveries, we confirm the exact count and any special instructions before departing our yard.

2

Site Assessment

Upon arrival, the driver assesses the loading area for safety hazards including overhead obstructions, uneven surfaces, debris, and pedestrian traffic. The truck is positioned for optimal loading and the parking brake is set before any work begins.

3

Dock Loading

For dock-accessible locations, pallets are loaded or unloaded using forklifts directly from the dock to the truck. Our drivers are trained forklift operators and carry all necessary certifications. If you prefer your own team to handle forklift work, we coordinate with them.

4

Ground-Level Loading

When no dock is available, pallets are loaded from ground level using the truck liftgate or a portable ramp. Our flatbed trucks can be loaded from the sides using a forklift. We always have the equipment needed to handle ground-level operations.

5

Stacking & Securing

Pallets are stacked in stable configurations based on their size and condition. Stacks are limited to safe heights per DOT regulations. All loads are secured with ratchet straps, chains, or edge protectors as appropriate. We never exceed weight limits.

6

Count Verification

Both the driver and a customer representative count the pallets being loaded or unloaded. The count is recorded on the delivery receipt or pickup ticket. Both parties sign the document to confirm agreement. Discrepancies are resolved on-site before the driver departs.

7

Documentation

A bill of lading (BOL) is generated for every trip. For pickups, a receipt detailing the count and grade breakdown is provided. For deliveries, a signed proof of delivery (POD) is captured electronically and emailed to the customer within 24 hours.

8

Post-Departure Cleanup

Our drivers ensure the loading area is left clean and clear after every pickup or delivery. Loose nails, broken boards, banding material, and other debris generated during loading are cleaned up before the driver leaves your facility.

Safety First

Safety Protocols for Transport

Safety is non-negotiable in our transportation operations. Every driver, every vehicle, and every load adheres to our comprehensive safety program that meets or exceeds DOT and OSHA requirements.

Driver Training & Certification

All drivers hold valid CDL licenses (where required), forklift certifications, and have completed our in-house safety training program covering defensive driving, load securing, dock safety, and emergency procedures. Annual refresher training is mandatory.

Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection

Every vehicle undergoes a documented pre-trip inspection before each dispatch. Drivers check tires, brakes, lights, mirrors, fluid levels, load securing equipment, and safety gear. Vehicles that fail inspection are taken out of service until repaired.

Load Weight Compliance

We never exceed GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) or axle weight limits. Loads are calculated based on the known weight of pallet types being transported, and our truck scale is used to verify compliance before vehicles leave our yard.

Securement Standards

All loads are secured in compliance with FMCSA cargo securement regulations. Pallets are strapped, chained, or blocked based on load configuration. Edge protectors are used when strapping contacts pallet edges. We carry extra securement equipment on every truck.

Speed & Route Compliance

GPS tracking monitors driver speed in real time. Our dispatch system alerts managers to any speed violations. Routes are planned to avoid low-clearance bridges, weight-restricted roads, and residential areas where large trucks are prohibited.

Personal Protective Equipment

All drivers wear steel-toed boots, high-visibility vests, and work gloves during loading and unloading operations. Hard hats are worn when working in areas with overhead hazards. Safety glasses are required when operating saws or other tools on-site.

Weather & Road Condition Protocol

When adverse weather conditions exist — ice, heavy snow, high winds, flooding — our dispatch team evaluates route safety before dispatching any vehicle. Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled in extreme conditions. Safety always takes priority over schedule.

Incident Reporting

Any safety incident, near-miss, or property damage is reported immediately to our safety manager. All incidents are documented, investigated, and used as learning opportunities. Our incident rate is well below industry averages and improving year over year.

Insurance & Liability

All vehicles carry comprehensive commercial auto insurance, general liability coverage, and cargo insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request and provided automatically to customers who require them for vendor compliance.

Real-Time Visibility

Delivery Tracking Capabilities

We believe you should always know where your pallets are. Our tracking capabilities provide real-time visibility from the moment your order leaves our yard to the moment it arrives at your facility.

GPS Vehicle Tracking

Real-time location of the truck carrying your order, accessible to our dispatch team for instant status updates.

Automated text or email notifications when your delivery is 30 minutes away, so your dock team can prepare.

Electronic Proof of Delivery

Digital signature capture, photo documentation, and time-stamped delivery confirmation emailed automatically.

Dispatch Communication

Direct phone or text access to our dispatch team during business hours for live status checks on any order.

Delivery History Portal

Recurring customers have access to a delivery history log showing all past pickups and deliveries, counts, and documentation.

Custom Solutions

Special Handling Procedures

Some loads require extra care. Whether it is heat-treated pallets for export, clean-room grade pallets for food or pharmaceutical facilities, or oversized custom pallets, we have procedures in place to handle them correctly.

Heat-Treated Pallet Transport

ISPM-15 stamped pallets are segregated from non-treated inventory during transport to prevent mixing. Documentation travels with the load.

Clean / Food-Grade Pallets

Pallets destined for food processing, pharmaceutical, or clean-room environments are transported in enclosed vehicles and kept separated from used or recycled inventory.

Oversized / Heavy Pallets

Pallets exceeding standard dimensions or weight are handled with specialized equipment and securing methods. Our team plans these loads individually.

Fragile or Specialty Loads

When pallets are carrying sensitive cargo or when the pallets themselves are part of a high-value shipment, we add protective measures including edge guards, padding, and reduced stacking height.

Segregated Loads

When different pallet grades, sizes, or types are on the same truck, we physically separate them with spacers or dividers to prevent mixing and simplify unloading at the destination.

Freight Optimization Tips

Smart logistics planning can significantly reduce your pallet transportation costs. Here are proven strategies we share with our customers to help them get the most value from every truck.

Consolidate Orders

Combine your buying and selling activities into a single truck visit. We deliver fresh pallets and pick up surplus on the same trip, cutting your transportation costs in half compared to separate trips.

Use Recurring Schedules

Scheduled recurring service costs less per trip than on-demand requests because we can plan routes efficiently. Weekly customers receive the best per-trip rates and priority scheduling.

Maximize Truck Capacity

A full truck costs the same to run as a half-empty one. When possible, accumulate pallets until you have enough for a full or near-full load. Our team can advise on the optimal quantities for each truck type.

Stack Efficiently

Neatly stacked pallets at your dock speed up loading time, which reduces labor costs and keeps the truck on schedule. Pre-sort by size and grade if possible. The faster we load, the lower your cost.

Plan for Seasonal Surges

If you know your pallet needs increase seasonally, schedule extra deliveries in advance rather than requesting last-minute rush service. Pre-planned volume is always cheaper than emergency orders.

Leverage Multi-Stop Routing

If you have multiple facilities, coordinate deliveries and pickups across locations on the same day. Multi-stop routing is more cost-efficient than individual trips to each location.

Choose the Right Vehicle

Do not order a flatbed when a box truck will do, or vice versa. Our dispatch team recommends the most cost-effective vehicle for your specific order size and location. Right-sizing the vehicle saves money.

Provide Clear Dock Access

Trucks that can pull directly to a loading dock operate faster and more safely than those forced to navigate obstacles. Keeping your loading area clear and accessible reduces loading time and the risk of damage.

Behind the Scenes

Route Planning Methodology

Efficient route planning is the backbone of affordable, on-time pallet transportation. Our dispatch team uses a systematic approach to plan every route for maximum efficiency and minimum cost.

1

Order Aggregation

Each morning, our dispatch team aggregates all orders for the day — deliveries, pickups, and combined trips — and plots them on a map. Orders going to nearby locations are grouped together for multi-stop routing.

2

Geographic Clustering

Stops are clustered by geographic zone. We divide our service area into sectors and assign one truck per sector whenever possible. This minimizes dead-head miles (driving without a load) and keeps fuel costs down.

3

Vehicle Assignment

The right truck is matched to each route based on the total load size, access constraints at each stop, and the mix of pickups and deliveries. We avoid sending a 53-foot flatbed to a location that needs 30 pallets delivered.

4

Time Window Coordination

Many customers have specific delivery windows (e.g., before 8 AM, during lunch, afternoon only). Our routing accounts for these constraints to ensure every stop falls within its required time window.

5

Traffic & Condition Analysis

Routes are planned considering real-time traffic patterns, construction zones, weight-restricted roads, and seasonal road conditions. Highways are preferred over surface streets for long-distance segments.

6

Backhaul Optimization

The most efficient truck is one that never runs empty. When delivering pallets to a location near a seller, we coordinate a pickup on the return trip. This backhaul strategy reduces per-trip costs for everyone.
